GateStar Computer Systems have a Standard one year
Hardware and labor service agreement. that allow the customer to carry-in or
ship their GateStar Computer Systems to a GateStar Service Center for repairs.
This service agreement also allows for GateStar to ship parts to a customer for
installation into a GateStar Computer.
Customers can upgrade this service within the warranty
period to include onsite for $98.00 Per Year service number GSOS
This service agreement only provides for our Technician to come to your home or
place of business to make repairs of the original GateStar computer System
purchased form GateStar MicroSystems.
This service agreement does not cover any software
installation or modifications or the installation of new hardware purchased by
the customer for installation into the GateStar computer system.
This On site service agreement does not cover any labor performed at your
location by the technician your basic hardware service agreement or extended
hardware service agreement covers the labor part of the service call.
